Floorplan
Our most popular package, the 2D plan includes all major structural features,
fixtures, HVAC and major appliances. Detached buildings, such as garage, guest
house or non-permit structures may also be measured.
3D
Floorplan
These plans make people stop and look. They are rendered
in 3D up to the roof-line, so the viewer can "see inside".
For each storey we publish two graphics showing different
3D views, as well as a 2D floorplan.
2D Landscape For houses with interesting or large lots, the 2D Landscape can provide buyers with excellent information about the usability of the land. A 2D landscape incorporates the 2D floorplan image, all major structures and landscaping details such as trees, shrubs, grass, flowerbeds.
3D
Rendering
These are most useful for buildings with remodeling or extension plans as well
as new homes in concept stage. 3D renderings can help pre-sell your property
freeing up capital. we can create renderings from Architects CAD or on paper,
or using our own measurements, taken from a real property. they are available
