We do everything from taking photos and measurements
of the property, to publishing the tour and producing flyers.
The typical process is as follows:
Place Order
You can order online
or by phone. Just give us basic details about the listing,
and select the floorplan and images packages you want. We'll
do the rest.
Site Visit
Your virtual tour
producer will visit the site to take photos and measurements.
Depending on property this usually takes 2-4 hours. We'll
give you a time estimate when you order.
Publish Images
We publish the virtual tour images within 36-48 hrs of the site visit. While our CAD designers and graphic artists get to work on floorplans and flyers.
Produce Floorplan
In 2 - 4 days from the site visit, our CAD designers produce detailed floorplans. They go through rigorous QA before being integrated with the images already online.
Produce Flyers
When the floorplans are ready, we can finalize the flyer and send you a proof for approval. Once you sign it off, we send it to print and give you a high-res PDF.
